How refunds will work for OthTech Switch purchases.

Awaiting legal review. This version applies today and is the one recorded when you agree to it. A lawyer-reviewed version will replace it before general availability; if anything changes in substance, we will tell account holders by email before it applies.
1. Try before you buy
The free plan runs a real migration of up to 11 GB with every safety feature included, so you can see OthTech Switch working on your own computers before paying.
2. Requesting a refund
Contact us with your order ID and the email used at checkout. The eligibility window and conditions will be set out in the final policy before launch.
3. What happens after a refund
The license stops working for future use. Files that were already transferred to your new computer are never touched or removed.
4. Retailer and business purchases
Refunds for credit packs and business licenses follow the terms of your partner agreement or order form.
